July 30, 2003, Boca Raton, FL - The holding company (EGEG Holdings Corp.) for Mandarin Library Automation, Inc., SCP Commercial Printing, Inc. and SIRS Publishing, Inc. has sold SIRS Publishing, Inc. to ProQuest Company. Mandarin Library Automation will continue to be owned by Elliot and Eleanor Goldstein and operated by the same executive team that has run the company since the division of Mandarin and SIRS in 2001.

Mandarin is directed by Elliot Goldstein, Chairman, Board of Directors; Leonardo Lazo, President; Art Graham, Vice President of Technical Services; Harry Kaplanian, Vice President of Software Development and Diane C. Schroeder, Vice President of Sales & Marketing;. Each member of this management team offers between 10-30 years of industry knowledge and experience.

Mandarin will continue providing superior library automation software, technical services, and customer service with the same dedication to detail we have strived for in the past. All Mandarin offices will remain open and continue in their respective capacities. In addition to the Boca Raton corporate office, Mandarin has offices in New York and Puerto Rico.
