The Team Behind Mandarin Library Automation

Mandarin brings over 85 years of combined commitment, experience, and knowledge of the industry to our customers. The team is led by Elliot Goldstein, Chairman, Board of Directors, and Leonardo Lazo (Leo), President. Elliot brings 30 years of experience in the educational publishing industry, as he and his wife Eleanor Goldstein founded Social Issues Resources Series, Inc. (SIRS) in 1977. Leo has 18 years of experience in the industry beginning with SIRS and now as President of Mandarin. Leo was an integral part of the initial marketing venture and purchase of Mandarin from Melchior Management in June 1995.

Art Graham has over 20 years of technical experience with 10 in this industry, beginning with SIRS and then with Mandarin. Art brings his years of technical experience to his position as Vice President of Technical Services for Mandarin.

This team, along with a talented and dedicated group of software developers work to ensure that customers receive the latest industry technology available. In addition, their dedication to providing superior customer service and technical support is demonstrated by their continual interest in customer feedback.
